Victoria had been longing to wear her husband's dogtag, but wanted it to be comfortable and artistic. She owns several pieces from my Vintage Mosaic collection and wanted me to incorporate my organic wire work. I used Argentium Sterling Silver in a 24 guage wire, to cage the dogtag and attach it to her Pandora cuff. She chose a 3 carat oval citrine from my gem collection, which would represent her "yellow ribbon" while her husband is on his second tour of duty first in Iraq, then in Afganistan. I originally designed a confection cuff for the dogtag, but changed it to the Pandora Cuff, since Victoria would be wearing it everyday and at work. I wrapped the lemon citrine in an open work organic weave. It dangles from the side so as not to cover her husband's ID info. Victoria can't wait to show Michael her Gem Revival cuff that represents her love for him & missing him!

This item is my pride and joy. I can't thank Kariann enough for her creativity and the love that she put into this special piece of art for me. It was done in time to wear to Germany to meet my husband on leave, and he was overwhelmed with the cuff. I know this will be a family heirloom piece of jewelry to my daughter and someday maybe a granddaughter to wear to remind them of our special hero. Thank you Kariann.
